The problem
Take-home assignments are slow for candidates and hard to compare for reviewers, and the final submission hides the process that matters most.
What it does
Hiring teams put together timed assessments from short tasks: bug hunts, coding tasks, code reviews, AI-assisted tasks and more. Candidates solve them in a browser editor that has tests and an optional AI assistant.
Reviewers get one report per candidate, with session replay. Every AI score links back to the moment that earned it, and a person makes every hiring decision.
